The Core Pilates Method is more than just an exercise system. It’s a fully integrated approach to movement that blends classical timeless principles of Joseph Pilates with modern anatomical understanding and mindful teaching, giving you the tools to teach confidently, cue effectively, and adapt Pilates for every body.
 
Whether you are a Pilates teacher, yoga instructor, fitness professional, or new to the wellness industry, this certification will transform the way you guide movement.

A Comprehensive Certification Experience

  • In-depth understanding of anatomy and biomechanics
  • Core Pilates Principles (Breath, Awareness, Lengthening, Alignment, Neutral, Core, Experience)
  • Beginner mat levels 1 and 2 repertoire and sequencing
  • Cueing and class design skills

Flexible, Focused, and In-Person

Our certification runs over two immersive weekends (34 hours total), with additional teaching, observation, and 31 practice hours for full certification. Taught in-person by Rhona Parsons, the training blends education with real-time feedback and hands-on learning.

Core Pilates Method Certification – 2025 Investment

✨ Standard Investment: $2,195 + GST


✨ Early Bird Investment: $1,357.17 + GST (available up to 2 weeks prior to course start)

✨ Deposit: $250 (non-refundable, required at time of registration to hold your spot. This amount will be applied toward your   tuition.)

✨ Practical & Written Exam Fee: $125 (due upon completion of the program)

💡 Flexible payment plans are available.

Program CEC recognitions & insurance

  • BCRPA (BC recreation & Parks Association): 65 recognized hours

  • YA (Yoga Alliance): 20 recognized hours

  • CFES (Canadian Fitness Education Services): 16 recognized hours

  • Holman Insurance: The Core Pilates Method is recognized as an insurable Pilates modality under their Fitness Insurance program; successful graduates may obtain Professional Liability and Commercial General Liability coverage.
